We’re all about making it simple, when spending time with your pet - whether you’re in the park, at the office, or on the couch. We think that quality products make for quality time, that walking around with your pet shouldn’t be complicated, and that a shared life is a happier one.

Our “Handwoven Collection” is manufactured in Mexico, taking great care to choose partners who share our values. That means prioritizing quality, worker safety, fair wages and benefits, and minimizing environmental impact.
PRODUCTS / ARE THE PATTERNS OF ALL PRODUCTS OF "HANDWOVEN COLLECTION" EXACTLY THE SAME AS IN THE PRODUCT PHOTOS WE SEE?
May or may not be. The patterns may differ slightly but colours will remain the same as there are several artisans weaving and they have total freedom to choose which pattern they want to do.
WARRANTY / DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes. We’ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting. That’s why all of our items are protected by a limited six-month warranty. Wear and tear happen, especially when pets are involved, but if the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should within a six month of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to talk about our warranty.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for dirty or dog damaged items. However, if the product you received is incorrect or breaks, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
