WHO IS PAW IT UP?

Glad you asked! We’re a team of pet lovers from Portugal working in an office filled with running, playing, barking, napping, and much more, dogs. We’re all about making it simple, when spending time with your pet - whether you’re in the park, at the office, or on the couch. We think that quality products make for quality time, that walking around with your pet shouldn’t be complicated, and that a shared life is a happier one.




HOW CAN I COLLABORATE WITH PAW IT UP?

Anyone who knows us, knows that we love your photos, so don't avoid sending us photos of your pup using our products!

HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE BEST PRODUCT SIZE FOR MY DOG?

Collars: We think it's very important to measure your dog's neck correctly before selecting the size, so you'll find a Size Guide button on each product page with a guide on how to do it.

Harnesses: We consider it very important to correctly measure your dog's neck and chest before selecting the size, so you'll find a Size Guide button on each product page with a guide on how to do this.

WHICH MATERIALS ARE USED IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our products are divided into two collections: Handwoven and Timeless.

In the Handwoven collection, the fabric (macramé) is made in Mexico by our artisans with cotton thread and the product is finished in Portugal with iron metalware and Italian leather.

The Timeless collection is 100% handmade in Portugal with stainless steel/brass metalware and Italian leather.

 

 

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PAW IT UP! PRODUCTS?

HOW CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT A PRODUCT?

CAN THE PRODUCTS GO INTO WATER?

No. Our products are made of 100% genuine italian leather and shouldn´t go into water.

 

 

ARE THE PATTERNS OF ALL PRODUCTS OF "HANDWOVEN COLLECTION" EXACTLY THE SAME AS IN THE PRODUCT PHOTOS WE SEE?

May or may not be. The patterns may differ but colours will remain the same as there are several artisans weaving and they have total freedom to choose which pattern they want to do.

 

 

HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT COUPON?

To apply a discount coupon to our online shop, follow these steps:

After completing your basket select "Checkout"

Enter your coupon under "Discount code".

The discount will be applied and you can finalise payment.

You can only use one discount code at a time.

 

 

I'VE BEEN SENT A PHISHING EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you receive an email asking you to provide card details or other personal information, please note that it is not sent by Paw It Up! The same applies to instagram and/or facebook accounts.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES PAW IT UP ACCEPT?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

    • MBWay and Multibanco Reference (only in Portugal)

 

 

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?

Yes. We’ve worked hard to create a set of essentials that are durable and lasting. That’s why all of our items are protected by a limited three-month warranty. Wear and tear happen, especially when pets are involved, but if the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should within a three month of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge. Email us at info@paw-it-up.com to talk about our warranty.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for dirty or dog damaged items. However, if the product you received is incorrect or breaks, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
