We currently use MRW to ship your parcel to Continental Portugal and Continental Spain. For Europe and Rest of the World we use CTT PORTUGAL.

  • Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

DOES PAW IT UP ASSUME THE COST OF IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOMS TAXES?

No. Import duties and customs taxes are not included in item price or shipping cost. These will be collected from you by the carrier, if applicable.

 

 

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@paw-it-up.com.

 

 

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, if we´re able to catch it in time, we can update your order! As soon as possible, please reach out to info@paw-it-up.com.

 



CAN I ADD / REMOVE / CHANGE ITEMS FROM AN EXISTING ORDER?

If you would like to make a change to your order, we would ask for you to contact us as soon as possible. Alternatively, you could create a new order with the updated items and cancel the existing order.

 



HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed and its shipment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information.
