Timeless 2.0 Collection Pre Order
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order means you can secure your Timeless 2.0 pieces before they officially launch. Your order is confirmed now, but dispatch will only begin from 15 June.
When will my order be shipped?
All Timeless pre-orders will be dispatched from 15 June onwards.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.
If I order other items with my Timeless 2.0 pre-order, when will they ship?
If your order includes any Timeless 2.0 pre-order items, your entire order will ship together from 15 June. If you’d like non-Timeless items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Why is this collection available on pre-order?
Our community always comes first.
This collection is available on pre-order to give newsletter subscribers early access before the official launch. As we produce in limited quantities, pre-ordering is the best way to secure your favourite colour and size before stock is released publicly.
Will I definitely get my items if I pre-order?
Yes. Your items are reserved for you at the time of purchase.
Pre-order customers are first in line before the collection opens to the public.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request changes or cancellations up until 14 June. After that, your order moves into fullfilment, and cannot be changed.
Can I return or exchange pre-order items?
Yes. Our standard returns and exchanges policy applies. Please note that the returns period begins from 15 June (when orders are dispatched), not from the date of purchase.
Will the collection sell out?
Some pieces are produced in limited quantities. Pre-order is the best way to secure what you want before the official launch.
